Amy Leon began her formal ballet training in Dallas, Texas, under the direction of Ceyhun Ozsoy, former Ballet Master of the Ankara National Ballet Company. trained at Belhaven University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance with an emphasis in ballet performing and teaching and with an English Minor, having twice received the Bezalel Award for artistic achievement.
